Valofair was founded in 2023 after our co-founder experienced a total loss claim. The insurer offered €18,000 for a vehicle worth €24,000. After hiring a valuer and lawyer, he recovered the full amount—minus fees.

We realized this was a systemic problem. Insurance companies systematically underpay claims because most people lack the expertise and resources to challenge them effectively.
